WSET Level 2 and 3 course dates for 2016 have been added to our calendar.
We have added Level 4 Food Safety in Catering to our prospectus and the first course in Halifax for Gather & Gather, a division of Mitie plc. was a great success
In August, I spent a week tasting and painting in Alsace. The harvest had not started but on my last day, the heavens opened and there was heavy rain which, undoubtedly will affect the quality of the grapes. The first week in September saw me cross the channel again; but this time to the Loire where I spent time in Saumur and Sancerre with tasting visits to Chinon and Bourgeuil. The 2014 Loire wines are stunning.
We had a WSET Level 2 course at The Crown and Punchbowl, Horningsea and maintained our record with a 100% pass rate.
My next course in India will be in Mumbai from 13th tp 20th February 2016.
