Level 3 Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety in Catering
3-day course covering the management of safe catering.

You will learn how to;
Apply knowledge of bacteria and other contaminants to prevent food endangering health.
Plan the storage and preparation of food in a safe way.
Control the cooking of food to destroy bacteria.
Plan and control safe working practices and 'due diligence' procedures for your premises.
Train your staff to work in a way which is safe for you, your staff and your customers.
There is a 1-hour multiple-choice examination paper.
