 Level 2   INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE IN FOOD SAFETY

Level 2   CERTIFICATE IN HAZARD ANALYSIS PRINCIPALS AND PRACTICE

These courses are offered when there is sufficient demand.  We are pleased to offer them to corporate clients on a day-rate basis run at a suitable venue of their choice.

CIEH Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
3-day course covering the management of safe catering.

You will learn how to;
Apply knowledge of bacteria and other contaminants to prevent food endangering health.
Plan the storage and preparation of food in a safe way.
Control the cooking of food to destroy bacteria.
Plan and control safe working practices and 'due diligence' procedures for your premises.
Train your staff to work in a way which is safe for you, your staff and your customers.
There is a 2-hour multiple-choice examination paper.
What Qualification will I get, if successful?

The Chartered Institute of Environmental
Health’s Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate

Cost £255 per person + VAT.
