We
have been licensed by the BIIAB to conduct their examinations from the

These two qualifications comprise the National Certificate In Licensed
Retail.
Level 2

An Introduction to Licensing Law is a one-day course leading to
the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. Anyone who is
responsible for authorising the sale of alcohol must have a current,
mandatory certificate covering the elements of the Licensing Act 2003.
The NCPLH is such a certificate.
Success Inn Business covers the syllabus required for the above
plus the Introduction to Licensed Retail Operations Certificate and the
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and a Cellar Management
certificate. The course is designed for mature career changers who are
seeking to enter the licensed retail trade. It provides the knowledge,
skills and techniques that will enable them to open the doors of their
new business with confidence from day-one.
Bare Essentials is a course that is designed for people who have
experience in the licensed trade but need to acquire the essential
qualifications in licensing law and food hygiene and who also wish to
brush up their cellar skills. |
